Intro:

I have been with TJ since 2012, amassing experience in various commercial and operational positions alongside studying for industry, leadership, management, and marketing qualifications. In 2024 I became general manager and, shortly after, in 2020 graduated from the University of Portsmouth with an MBA in Strategic Leadership with distinction.

As a chartered fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, I take immense pride in employing the latest professional practices in pursuit of mine, my teams and my organisations growth and development to deliver an unrivalled service to our clients.

My favourite part of the role is reaching ‘milestone’ events – seeing both my teams’ personal development and organisational growth play-out makes for a unique and worthwhile reward.
