Sharna joined TJ Waste in April and loves being part of the friendly TJ team. Outside of work she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family. She’s often out and about with her two sons, taking part in activities such as bowling, crazy golf or even Go Ape!

Adam joined the TJ team in May and is enjoying the great office atmosphere and team spirit. Outside of work Adam enjoys socialising with friends and family and supporting a friend with charity fundraising for Wessex Cancer.

Everywhere you look, people are renovating their houses, having building work done or revamping their garden or driveway! It seems that the pandemic has made us refocus on things closer to home and that improving our houses and gardens has become a priority.

At a time when sustainability is high on the agenda, it’s time to think about all the ways in which we can make a difference.

Spring is here, so what better time to get on with that project or clear out? Easter is fast-approaching too, so if you have time off for the long weekend or over the school holidays, it would be a great time to get busy in your home or garden.

Owain joined the TJ team as an apprentice in November 2021 and is enjoying the combination of learning and on-the-job training. Outside of work he enjoys playing football, running and trips to the gym.

From small to large-scale construction projects, residential to commercial, alterations to building from scratch,  this type of work requires a lot of materials and produces a variety of waste which needs to be handled and disposed of in the correct way.
