Meet Operations Manager Jason Strudwick

TJ has three materials recovery facilities across the south coast at Southampton, Portsmouth and Yapton, which operate throughout the week. They are busy places with lots going on and many operations to oversee and manage. Jason Strudwick, TJ’s Operations Manager,  is responsible for the safe running of these waste operation sites.

Investing in our staff

TJ believes in investing in their staff and advocates continuing professional development within their workforce. Here we meet a TJ employee who has benefitted from this ethos. Jack MacFarlane, Health & Safety Compliance Supervisor, joined TJ in February 2017 during his university placement year. When Jack graduated with his LLB (Hons) Law last summer, he was taken on full time to continue his work and has benefitted from continuing professional development since then.
